You will be working in a multi home community and must be friendly and sociable as you deal with the homeowners and property management.
Your duties will include performing routine landscaping and maintenance on the grounds, undertaking light insulation or carpeting, loading and unloading building materials, using small hand tools such as shovels or picks, to be able to understand instructions and carry them out reliable and efficiently.
