Automotive Receptionist Responsibilities Courteously and promptly answer phones and greet customers Make appointments Communicate with customers and team members to deliver best-in-class service to all visitors Contribute to team effort and BMW customer-oriented philosophy Cross trains to other daily responsibilities Maintains a professional appearance and organized work area Other duties as assigned Qualifications BMW or Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required (will train for the right candidate) Highly energetic, outgoing personality, dedicated to delivering enhanced customer service High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions, directions on forms, memos, and changes in law Ability to apply common sense understanding Ability to solve problems Ability to work independently and in groups to meet team efforts Excellent written and verbal communication Detail oriented and highly organized Strong computer use skills Ability to multi-task in fast paced, high volume dealership Business Professional Job Types:
