Sr. Occupational Therapist
The Senior OTR provides a vital service to the Intellectually Disabled/Developmentally Disabled (ID/DD) population by helping individuals with disabilities participate in activities they wish to be involved in and are necessary for them to do through the use and practice of therapeutic interventions and everyday activities. This Sr. OTR will be based out of the Article 16 Clinic and provide services for our individuals housed in Dutchess and Putnam Counties. o Provides a variety of occupational therapy treatment services to individuals with more complicated occupational therapy needs; and may o Provides clinical supervision and training to Occupational Therapists and/or Occupational Therapy Assistants. o Evaluates, plans, and carries out individual treatment interventions and procedures for their patients based on their needs and treatment goals. o Trains new Occupational Therapy staff and existing OT staff, o Trains new employees on topics such as Safe Patient Handling, Dining Skills, Wheelchair Securement, and other occupational therapy topics and responsibilities.

From $62783 to $79425 Annually
Minimum Qualification
You must be licensed and currently registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New York State AND have one year of post licensure occupational therapy experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
