Your prior service department leadership should be notable in all areas including but not limited to; enhancing gross profit, improving productivity, raising CSI, and building an interdepartmental team atmosphere.
Our client prides themselves on long term employee tenure and this location is no different. If you are tired of working for a new General Manager every eighteen months, well then this may just be the spot for you. You will be reporting to and working alongside the dealership's GM who is the face of the franchise based upon his decade plus tenure as the store's leader.
