Construction Project Manager
The premier glass and glazing company in the Tri-State area is actively seeking candidates for project manager positions. Must have previous construction experience. A background in the fenestration industry preferred. Must be able to read blueprints, draft (CAD exp. helpful but not necessary), read specifications, contracts, approval processes, material purchasing, payment requisitions, etc. Candidates should understand aluminum & steel curtainwall, storefront, windows, entrances architectural metal, any and all division 8 or division 5 metal work. Contract values up to 10 million. Office in Dutchess County, projects in greater NYC area. Must be competent with MS Office and similar programs.
