Optical Assistant/Optech
The Optical Assistant assists with the daily operations of the entire optical department to include sales, service and OD relations.
He/She also completes paperwork and computer data entries as necessary to place and process orders and perform technical operations such as making eyeglass adjustments, taking measurements and reading the Lensometer as directed by the Optician/Manager.
It is the responsibility of the Optech to work cooperatively and respectfully with supervisors, and fellow associates.
Customer satisfaction is the optimum goal.
Requirements Prior optical experience helpful Must possess proven track record of customer service and sales Prior retail experience required, at least one year Strong computer systems knowledge/experience required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
