Healthcare facility in Poughkeepsie is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Essential Duties:

Coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple human resource activated including employee relations, benefits administrations, PTO managements, and scheduling.
Responsible for bi-weekly payroll.
Respond to inquiries regarding general human resources issues such as pay, staffing and benefits.
Assist in the recruiting process, including working with managers to identify staff needs and supporting recruiting efforts.
Resolve employee issues and concerns regarding employment data and human resource processes and procedures.
Maintain employee records and files.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Provide other administrative support as needed.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

Knowledge of Human Resources policies and law.
Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
