-Plumbing -Electric -Carpentry o Groundskeeping including:
-Landscaping -Gardens -Tree pruning and felling o Vehicle maintenance including:
-Minor vehicle repairs -Small motor maintenance and repairs o Basic masonry including:
-Installation -Repairs o Light cleaning of office and restrooms. o Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification
None Operational Needs:
o Must be able to work weekends and evenings and holidays. o Must possess a valid driver's license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
