You are essentially renting out this entire house. You have full access to most rooms in the house. You will be the only one in the house 85% of the time. I will be in the house on most weekends from Friday night until Sunday afternoon and some holidays. While the house is dated, it is very clean and well maintained. The house has its own drive on a very safe street with friendly and kind neighbors. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. You have a choice as which room you would like. There is a shower and tub in the bathroom. There are hardwood floors in the bedroom and dining room. Plent room for storage in the basement and other areas of the house.
